Description: Sandstone monolithe featuring the 28 day lunar cycle around a central appeture and the 4 phases of the moon on the bottom registar. Opposite face is completely punched dressed and has Donegal County Council written in Ogham. Either side are two block seats and a body of text spanning them commemorating the deceased and present members of the Donegal County Council and the work they have done for the county.
